1.ZL25-K Automatic bagging machine

This unit consists of bag storage, bag picking and bag uploading , bag clamping and filling device, bag holding and pushing device, bag opening guide device.Add the Filter rod extraction device for powder with air .So reduce the finished bag air content which easy for next packing for palletizing and transportation.

2.ZL-K Horizontal double screw weighing machine
This weighing system is special design for fine powder like sugar powder /milk powder /wheat flour and other similar powder .Machine is measuring the product by two horizontal screw .The big one is high speed feeding for keep the filling speed .The tiny screw is feed for accuracy .The machine will catch the bag and measuring the material with gross weight.The whole machine control by the China famous motor .With stable speed and high accuracy.
3.ZL3-K Multi-function heating sealing and folding stitching machine
This machine can automatically complete the PE bag heat sealing and stitching the out kraft paper bag with bag folding process according to the programming. Sealing form: Kraft paper bag with inner PE bag.
4.Sealing conveyor belt
This machine is a belt conveyor, which can easily adjust the height to suit different bag length. The conveying speed is adjustable by frequency conversion so that the speed of the conveyor matches the speed of the bag mouth guide mechanism and the heat sealing machine.
